Are you moving in or out of a home and need to have a thorough clean? You are on the correct page.

Our move-in or move out cleaning checklist is very thorough and will leave your home sparkling. If you missing anything on the list – please let us know and we will add that to your request.  

If you do not need a thorough clean, we can customize your move-in or move-out clean to fit your needs and your budget.

KITCHENS:

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Remove trash (if applicable) and clean entire garbage area and container with germicidal cleaner
  • Dust light fixtures
  • Sanitize and clean counter tops
  • Wipe down exterior cabinet doors
  • Clean all interior cupboards using germicidal cleaner
  • Sanitize and clean sink
  • Clean the interior and exterior of major appliances (fridge/freezer, stove, microwave oven, wine fridge, etc.) * We can pull out all appliances and clean sides and behind/under the appliances(on request)
  • Clean interior and exterior of range hood
  • Clean all mirrors
  • Wipe and clean all window sills and ledges
  • Wash interior windows (available on request)
  • Wash or dust all blinds throughout
  • Wipe and clean all light switches and light plugs
  • Dust and wipe all door frames, doors and door handler
  • Dust and wipe all window frames
  • Wash all baseboards
  • Spot clean walls (available on request)
  • Sweep/vacuum, mop and disinfect all floors

BEDROOMS:

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Remove trash to designate area
  • Windex all  mirrors
  • Sanitize and clean interior of all cupboards and closets
  • Clean all light fixtures
  • Wipe and clean all window sills and ledges
  • Wash or dust all blinds throughout
  • Clean all light switches and light plugs
  • Dust and wipe down all door frames
  • Clean all doors and door handles
  • Dust and wipe all window frames
  • Wash all baseboards
  • Spot clean walls (on request only)
  • Wash interior windows (available on request)
  • Vacuum carpets
  • Sweep/Vacuum bear floors
  • Mop all bear floors (floor waxing only on request must be request it when you calling for appointment)
BATHROOMS:

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Clean and disinfect walls/tiles
  • Clean and sanitize bath tubs
  • Clean and sanitize shower glass doors (if applicable)
  • Clean and polish bathroom fixtures
  • Disinfect inside and out of toilets/behind toilets
  • Clean vanity
  • Wash cabinet doors
  • Sanitize and clean interior cupboards and closets
  • Clean and sanitize sinks
  • Remove trash (if applicable)
  • Clean glass mirrors
  • Dust/clean all light fixtures
  • Dust/clean shelves
  • Wipe and clean all window sills and ledges
  • Clean window frames and tracks
  • Wash interior windows
  • Dust or Wash all blinds throughout
  • Wipe and clean all light switches and light plugs
  • Dust and wipe all door frames, doors and door handles
  • Dust and wipe all window frames
  • Wash all baseboards
  • Spot clean walls
  • Sweep, mop and sanitize all bear floors
  • Vacuum all carpeted floors

LAUNDRY ROOM

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Remove trash (if applicable)
  • Dust and clean interior/exterior washer and dryer
  • Dust and wipe interior/exterior cupboard doors
  • Clean interior/exterior cupboards and closets using germicidal cleaner including closet doors
  • Dust or clean light fixtures, light switches and plugs
  • Wipe and clean all window sills and ledges
  • Interior windows cleaning (available on request)
  • Wash all blinds throughout
  • Dust and wipe all door frames
  • Wipe and clean all doors and door handles
  • Dust and wipe all window frames
  • Wash all baseboards
  • Spot clean walls (available on request)
  • Sweep, mop and disinfect all floors with germicidal cleaner

FOYER, FAMILY, LIVING, DINING ROOMS, OFFICE, BASEMENT or OTHER ROOMS not on the list:

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Sweep, mop and sanitize all floors
  • Clean glass mirrors
  • Clean interior cupboards and closets using germicidal cleaner
  • Clean light fixtures and light bulbs
  • Wipe and clean all window sills and ledges
  • Dust all blinds (wash blinds - available only on request)
  • Wipe and clean all light switches and light plugs
  • Dust and wipe all door frames, doors and door handles
  • Wash interior windows
  • Dust and wipe all window frames and clean window tracks
  • Wash all baseboards
  • Spot clean walls
  • Clean banister and stairs
  • Remove and wash heating grills
  • Clean Ceiling fans
  • Clean inside / out front doors (weather permitting)
  • Vacuum carpets
  • Sweep and mop bear floors with germicidal cleaner
