Or use special care with some furniture. i.e dining room set can only be clean with a feather duster as the use of any  cleaning solution may damage the furniture painting.

Other examples of specific cleaning requirements could include dust fans, musical instruments, knick knacks, tv, making  sure to clean under furniture like sofas or beds, clean the plants, clean and wash tile floor or clean hardwood floors, stair banister and stair spindles.

You can also setup restrictions like: don’t run water in the basement bathtub as it leaks or don’t do the guest bedroom.
