Magic Silver Cleaner

Tip 1:

This trick has been around for many, many years and it really works.

• Placed in a glass or enamelled dish an aluminum foil
• Covered with a solution of 1 tbsp. of either washing soda or baking soda to 1 quart of boiling water
• Place your silverware in to the water and it will clean back to pure silver

Warning: This method should never be used on silverware with a carved or raised design that is accented by a dark, oxidized, or "French" finish.

Tip 2:

• Clean tarnished silver by rubbing it with a soft cloth dipped in toothpaste.
• Follow by washing the silver in warm soapsuds after.
• Rinse and wipe dry.
