Removing stains from Marble and Porcelain

by

Stains on marble can usually be removad by applying a thick paste made of household cleanser and hot water. Let the paste dry thoroughly (this may take a day or two); then remove by dampening it slightly. Rinse area and wipe dry with a soft cloth.

To remove stains on porcelain, rub with a damp cloth dipped in baking soda. If this doesn't work, try a cloth dampened with hydrogen peroxide.
